He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, with a background in technology management and marketing. Jeff has been involved with the Seattle business community for over 15 years and he currently co-owns a small business. He is a top-producer in software sales for the world's largest business management software company. Jeff's strengths are in deal negotiations, customer service and customer follow-thru, where he has built a strong reputation within the local real estate community. His areas of expertise include buying, selling, HUD and rental transactions. Jeff's preference is to work with a few customers at a time in order to provide unrivaled customer attention. Courtney Shannon Strand is a freelance writer and editor and owner of CopyStrands
